iSPACE is a unique hands-on, minds-on educational initiative that provides innovative educational programs to serve public, private and home-schooled students and their educators and families, in a 28-county region in the Greater Cincinnati/Tri-State area. iSPACE uses space and aeronautics as a thematic approach to stimulate science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education and career interest. The mission of iSPACE is to inspire, educate and empower educators, students and the community in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through an engaging environment and challenging interactive experiences. iSPACE is an exemplary model of standards-based non-formal education in STEM.
